Fenugreek cutlets

Ingredients to make Fenugreek cutlets

  • 4 boiled potatoes (mashed)
  • 1/2 fenugreek leaves
  • 2 slices bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp maize flour
  • 3 to 4 green chilles
  • Some roasted peanuts (optional)
  • 1 tbsp garlic ginger paste
  • 1/2 tbsp chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 pack of magic masala
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Fenugreek cutlets

  1. Take a bowl and add all ingredients together .
  2. Mix them well and refrigerate for 1/2 n hour
  3. Now make small cutlets. Coat them with maize flour or semolina (rava). I have used both for coating.
  4. Heat some oil on high flame and fry both sides till they turn golden crispy brown .

My Tip:

For crispness fry your cutlet quickly on high flame otherwise your cutlet will shrink if u keep it in oil for longer period of time.
