Ingredients to make Baked pasta beet samosa

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • Puree of 1 beetroot
  • salt to taste
  • Macaroni 1 cup
  • corn 2 tbs
  • coriander leaves
  • Green chilli 2
  • Pinch of baking powder
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp oil

How to make Baked pasta beet samosa

  1. First we make dough by mixing beet puree, maida, salt, baking powder and 1 tbs oil .
  2. Now make the filling. Boil macaroni and corn. Mix them in a bowl with other ingredients.
  3. Now make small balls of dough and roll them one by one. Fill them with filling and make samosa.Brush them with oil and bake at 180 degree for 20 to 25 min.

My Tip:

We can add cheese and chilli flakes also.
