Soya Stuffed Paneer Tikka

Ingredients to make Soya Stuffed Paneer Tikka

  • To be mixed Into a marinade
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp roasted and ground cumin
  • 3/4 cup fresh curd
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp green chillies paste
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain
  • 1 tsp saunf powder
  • 3/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/3 cup besan
  • 1 tsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • Other Ingredients
  • 250 gms paneer
  • 1 bowl Soya Granules soaked and sequenced
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch ginger paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • oil for cooking
  • 1 tsp chat masala

How to make Soya Stuffed Paneer Tikka

  1. Firstly make filling. Take kadhai. Put oil. Heat it and then add cumin. Add onion paste and saute till oil separates. Add soya granules, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and saute for 5 min. Keep aside for cooling.
  2. Then take paneer, mash it and take ping pong size ball. Put the filling in center and close it and give square shape. Then take all marinated ingredients, mix them nicely and put the stuffed paneer into it for 15 min.
  3. Then use a toothpick to fix paneer one by one. Heat a non- stick tava and cook the satays on a medium flame using oil till the paneer is light brown in colour from all sides. Serve immediately sprinkled with chaat masala and coriander.
