Italian Pepper Steak

Ingredients to make Italian Pepper Steak

  • ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  • Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
  • chicken breasts piece 300gm
  • Black pepper powder
  • sugar 1/2 tablespoon
  • rice 1 cup
  • olive oil
  • Chopped onion 1 big piece
  • 3 colours of chopped bell peppers each small 1 pieces
  • salt to taste
  • Chopped tomato 1 piece
  • Chopped spring onions 2 stick
  • cream cheese 2 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch or cornflour 1 tablespoon
  • water

How to make Italian Pepper Steak

  1. Boil rice in water.
  2. After making rice heat a pan then add olive oil and add rice then toss it well.
  3. Then add cream cheese in rice and cook well.
  4. Next make the pepper steak.
  5. Firstly take chicken steak pieces in a bowl. Then add ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, pinch of black pepper powder, sugar and mix well.
  6. Heat a pan and add olive oil. Then fry the chicken steak pieces and remove it from the pan.
  7. Then again heat a pan and add olive oil. Add chopped onions, chopped bell peppers, chopped tomato, chopped spring onions, pinch of black pepper powder, salt to taste. Cook them well. Then add some water.
  8. After the cooking is done to thicken the gravy add cornflour and water mixture in it. Then serve it with the cheesy rice.

My Tip:

My special touch after making the dish - a pinch of chat masala.
