Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potatoes boiled 4
  2. Carrot 1 grated
  3. Sweet Corn 1 cup
  4. Peas 1 tbs
  5. Coriander leaves a handful
  6. Ginger grated 1 tsp
  7. Bread crumbs of 4 bread
  8. Oil for shallow frying
  9. Maida 1 tbsp
  10. Green chilli 4 chopped
  11. Red chilli, amchur, chaat masala powder 1 tsp each
  12. Salt per taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and mash them.
  2. Add grated carrot, peas, corn, green chilli, coriander leaves and all spices and salt in it. Add little bread crumbs and make cutlets of desired shape.
  3. Make paste of maida in water.
  4. Dip the cutlets in maida paste. Roll them on bread crumbs.
  5. Shallow fry in pan with little oil.
