Healthy cutlets {corn peas carrot }

Ingredients to make Healthy cutlets {corn peas carrot }

  • potatoes boiled 4
  • carrot 1 grated
  • Sweet corn 1 cup
  • peas 1 tbs
  • coriander leaves a handful
  • ginger grated 1 tsp
  • Bread crumbs of 4 bread
  • oil for shallow frying
  • maida 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli 4 chopped
  • Red chilli, amchur, chaat masala powder 1 tsp each
  • salt per taste

How to make Healthy cutlets {corn peas carrot }

  1. Boil the potatoes and mash them.
  2. Add grated carrot, peas, corn, green chilli, coriander leaves and all spices and salt in it. Add little bread crumbs and make cutlets of desired shape.
  3. Make paste of maida in water.
  4. Dip the cutlets in maida paste. Roll them on bread crumbs.
  5. Shallow fry in pan with little oil.

My Tip:

You can even deep fry in kadai.
