ABOUT Crunchy Fried Fish RECIPE

In order to maintain a healthy balanced diet, we need to include two portions of fish servings in a week. If your children are fussy whilst eating fish then try this recipe. Fried fish is a popular dish across many cultures combining the light flavor of fish and the hearty flavor of the frying process.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fish fillets 500 gm cut in long pieces
  2. Lemons 2
  3. Garlic paste 1 tsp
  4. Coriander seeds 1 tsp crushed
  5. Crushed red chillies 1 tbsp
  6. Rice flour 2 Tbsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Ginger 1 tbsp chopped
  9. Cumin seeds 1 tsp crushed
  10. All spices powder 1 tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Put fish fillets in bowl and add garlic paste and chopped ginger in it.
  2. Beat egg and add salt, chilies, turmeric powder, all spices, crushed coriander and cumin seeds in it mix it well.
  3. Add lemon juice in fish and put the fish in egg mixture.
  4. Now add rice flour in it and mix it with your hands.
  5. Now add and mix few drops of oil in the mixture.
  6. Then fry it in hot oil till its golden brown.
  7. Use the rice flour which is available in market as we need a very refined quality of rice flour.
