Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. pene pasta 2 cup
  2. 5 tomatos puree
  3. 1/2 cup brocli blanched
  4. 2 tsp mixed herbs ,garlic ,ginger powder
  5. 1 tsp chiili powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2 tsp chilli sauce, soy sauce, ketchup each
  8. 1/2 cup chopped onions
  9. 5 garlic cloves chopped
  10. 3 tsp butter+2 tsp oil
  11. 1 cup chopped mix vegetables blanched
  12. 1/2 cup fresh cream or malai
  13. 1/2 cup grated cheese ( any )
  14. 1 cup diced chicken marinated with oil,chili powder,lemon ,salt, mix herb
  15. 1 cup Bread crumbs
  16. Oil for frying
  17. maida water mixture

Instructions

  1. first boil water 4 cup in 2 cup pasta , add salt and 1 tsp oil and boil for 10 min on medium.
  2. add oil and butter in pan then add onions and saute then add garlic cook till raw smell goes then add tomato puree and cook till raw smell goes.
  3. then add blanched vegetables and then all dry masala to it and mix well then add all sauces one by one and mix all together .
  4. then add cream to it and mix well serve it with grated cheese.
  5. for chicken pops dip chicken maida mixture first then in bread crumbs repeat for 1 more times then deep fry until golden brown.
