Ingredients to make Corn Salsa in Papad Tacos

  • For Salsa :
  • 1 - Medium size onion chopped
  • 1 - Tomato chopped
  • 1 Cup - sweet corns steamed or boiled
  • Red bell pepper chopped - 1
  • 1 - Chopped green chillies
  • 1 Tablespoon - chopped coriander
  • 1 Tablespoon - chopped jalapeños
  • 1 Tablespoon - lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon - honey
  • Crushed black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1/2 Tablespoon - extra virgin olive oil
  • For Tacos Dressing :
  • 8 - Small size ready to use Papad
  • Few iceberg leaves
  • Few purple salad leaves

How to make Corn Salsa in Papad Tacos

  1. Wash all the vegetables nicely and finish the cutting and chopping.
  2. Now take a bowl add chopped onion, tomato, corns, bell pepper, chillies, jalapeños, coriander, lemon juice, black pepper, salt , olive oil and honey
  3. Mix all together nicely and keep aside.
  4. Prepare the papad tacos, take a pan heat it and roast the papad on both side nicely. While the papad is hot mould it in the desired shape. Repeat the step with rest of the Papads
  5. Arrange your papad in tacos style but make sure that you arrange them just before serving otherwise the papad will become soggy.
  6. Take papad keep some red salad leaves on it then some iceberg and a spoon of corn salsa.
  7. Repeat the step with rest of the papads. Serve and enjoy!
