Ingredients to make Sweet banana fry (Pazham Ularthiyathu)

  • Ripe bananas 1 1/2 cup
  • eggs 2
  • sugar 2 tbsp ( you can add according to your taste)
  • ghee 2 Tbsp
  • Grated coconut 3/4 cup
  • cashew and kismis 50 g
  • cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

How to make Sweet banana fry (Pazham Ularthiyathu)

  1. Take a pan and put 1 tbsp of ghee. Fry kismis & cashews. Remove. Then add coconut and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. The coconut should not change colour. Remove that too.
  2. Add 2 tbsp of ghee, add banana pieces and fry for 2 min. Then add well beaten eggs. Scramble it . Mix both well.
  3. Add sugar , coconut and cardamom powder. Stir everything well for 3 to 4 min. If u want colour, you can add a pinch of yellow colour or a pinch of turmeric powder. Add the cashews & kismis . Keep some for decoration. This s a very delicious dish.

My Tip:

The quantity of sugar and ghee, you can increase or reduce, according to your taste. Always use ripe bananas. For those who do not take eggs, avoid it.
