Italian Roasted Honey Potatoes

Ingredients to make Italian Roasted Honey Potatoes

  • 6 potatoes, peeled
  • 5-6 big garlic cloves
  • 5 cherry tomatoes cut into half
  • 1 cube mozrella cheese
  • 1 spoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoing
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil dry or fresh
  • 1 teaspoon salt or as per your taste
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbs chopped parsley
  • 1 1/2 tbs butter
  • 1/2 tbs black pepper ground

How to make Italian Roasted Honey Potatoes

  1. Wash and peel potatoes and cut into rings but not cut through out.
  2. Meanwhile preheat microwave on 230 degree
  3. Peel garlic.
  4. Heat a pan, add olive oil and butter both. Add potato and 1/2 spoon salt. Cook on medium heat . Now add cherry tomatoes and saute for sometime. Turn off heat.
  5. Place potatoes and tomatoes in a baking dish
  6. Mix rest of the ingredients, except cheese, and oil.
  7. Spread oil mix on potatoes. Make sure oil mixture is seeps inside all the cuts of potatoes.
  8. Bake for 20 mins until potatoes looks crispy and brown. Brush the oil mix on the potatoes while baking.
  9. Sprinkle grated mozrella cheese on top and bake another 5 mins.
