Ingredients to make Veggie bread cutlets

  • wheat bread slices-5-6
  • Boiled potaoes-2-3
  • Chopped onion-2
  • Chopped tomato-1
  • Grated carrot-2
  • salt as per taste
  • turmeric powder-1/2teaspoon
  • coriander powder-1tbsp
  • Blac pepper powder-1teaspoon
  • Pinch of ajwain
  • Bread crumbs-1 katori
  • Bits of red chilly for garnishing
  • Toothpicks to skewer the cutlets

How to make Veggie bread cutlets

  1. Mash potatoes.
  2. Chop the chopped carrots, onions and tomatoes and mix to the potatoes.
  3. Add salt,black pepper powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and pinch of ajwain.
  4. Add crushed bread slices and mix well.
  5. Now make cutlets of any shape gently with hands.
  6. Now roll them in bread crumbs.
  7. Now deep fry them.
  8. Now arrange in stacks with toothpicks and bits of red chilly.
  9. Serve hot with any chutney.

My Tip:

Wheat bread slices are used.
