Turkish Adana Kebabs

Ingredients to make Turkish Adana Kebabs

  • Ground lamb 400gm
  • Kosher salt a tsp
  • Sumac 2 to 3 tbsp
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • yoghurt 1 cup
  • olive oil 4 tsp
  • red chilli flakes 1 tbsp
  • cumin powder a tbsp
  • ginger garlic mince a tbsp
  • Yellow bell pepper 1 finely chopped
  • onion 1 finely chopped
  • Green bell pepper chopped 1

How to make Turkish Adana Kebabs

  1. Mix all the ingredients with the ground meat and refrigerate it overnight.
  2. Next day, grill them for 12 mins.
  3. But I shallow fried them right in my kitchen and they tasted equally yum.
  4. Serve them with onion rings and lemon wedges.
