Ingredients to make Cheesey pasta roll with butter mushrooms

  • Pasta 1 cup
  • Boiled egg 3 to 4
  • Sauce pasta 3 tbsp
  • onion 1 chopped length wise
  • tomato 1 chopped length wise
  • spinach chopped 2 cups
  • mushroom 2 cup
  • salt according to your taste
  • Cheese spread one any flavour 3 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup (according to the flavour or taste of pasta)
  • all purpose flour 2 cup
  • Italian seasoning 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander
  • Black n green olives 1 tbps
  • Jalapeno 1 tsp
  • chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Chopped parsley 1/2 tsp

How to make Cheesey pasta roll with butter mushrooms

  1. Make the dough by combining all purpose flour, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, milk, melted butter, oregano, chopped coriander.
  2. Heat a pan and add chopped onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and saute them. After 10 minutes add all masala, boiled pasta and boiled egg. Add cheese and seasoning in it.
  3. Now make a chapati of maida dough. Place pasta and cheese in it and make a roll. These are your cheesy pasta rolls. Serve them with butter mushrooms.
  4. For butter mushrooms wash and cut the mushrooms. Heat a pan and add some butter. Put mushrooms in it. Add salt, pepper and chopped coriander. Saute it on high flame till it gets soft and tender and soaks all the water.

Use good quality Italian seasoning.
