ABOUT Cheesey pasta roll with butter mushrooms RECIPE

It's a combination of egg and pasta. They are mixed with Italian seasoning and a roll is made up of Italian seasoning too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pasta 1 cup
  2. Boiled egg 3 to 4
  3. Sauce pasta 3 tbsp
  4. Onion 1 chopped length wise
  5. Tomato 1 chopped length wise
  6. Spinach chopped 2 cups
  7. Mushroom 2 cup
  8. Salt according to your taste
  9. Cheese spread one any flavour 3 tbsp
  10. Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  11. Milk 1 cup (according to the flavour or taste of pasta)
  12. All purpose flour 2 cup
  13. Italian seasoning 1 tsp
  14. Black pepper 1 tsp
  15. Chopped Coriander
  16. Black n green olives 1 tbps
  17. Jalapeno 1 tsp
  18. Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
  19. Oregano 1/2 tsp
  20. Butter 1 tbsp
  21. Milk 1 tbsp
  22. Salt to taste
  23. Chopped parsley 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Make the dough by combining all purpose flour, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, milk, melted butter, oregano, chopped coriander.
  2. Heat a pan and add chopped onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and saute them. After 10 minutes add all masala, boiled pasta and boiled egg. Add cheese and seasoning in it.
  3. Now make a chapati of maida dough. Place pasta and cheese in it and make a roll. These are your cheesy pasta rolls. Serve them with butter mushrooms.
  4. For butter mushrooms wash and cut the mushrooms. Heat a pan and add some butter. Put mushrooms in it. Add salt, pepper and chopped coriander. Saute it on high flame till it gets soft and tender and soaks all the water.
