ABOUT Palak bread roll RECIPE

Boiled spinach paste with a stuffing of aloo mixture.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Spinach 1 cup paste
  2. 6-8 bread powder (ground In a mixie)
  3. Boiled potato 6 -8, grated
  4. Salt according to your taste
  5. Kashmiri lal mirch 1 tbsp
  6. Chopped Coriander handful
  7. Jeera 1tsp
  8. Green chillies 2
  9. Garam masala 1 tsp
  10. Dry mango 1 tsp
  11. Rice flour 2 or 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil spinach and puree.
  2. Now grind the bread in a mixie and make it into a powder.
  3. Grate the boil potatoes and add all masalas in it.
  4. Now in a bread powder put palak paste, salt, jeera and 2 tbsp rice flour. Knead it into a dough.
  5. Now take a ball of that dough and put some oil on your palm. Roll the ball of the dough on your palm and flatten it.
  6. Now put aloo mixture in it n give a roll shape and deep fry it.
  7. Serve with sauce and chutney.
  8. Second option is that the dough can be mixed in aloo mixture and made into cutlets and then rolled in a bread powder and fry them.
