ABOUT Cheesey chicken dry RECIPE

An instant snack with boiled chicken and sauted in Italian seasoning.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 kg chicken with bone
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Cheese mozzerlla 1/2 cup
  4. Cheese spread 3 tbsp
  5. Oregano 1 tsp
  6. Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  7. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  8. Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  9. Butter 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken.
  2. Now heat a non stick pan.
  3. Put butter in it.
  4. Add boiled chicken in it alongwith all masalas and Italian seasoning.
  5. Saute it for 2 minutes.
  6. Put mayonnaise and cheese in it.
