ABOUT Sausage Envelope Fry RECIPE

Chicken Sausage of any brand of choice enveloped in Go cheese slice dipped in cornflour and herbs . Fry it as is . It is a wholesome snack on skewer with a salad of choice.My instant thought was yum!! Ii is a hit!

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 Chicken sausage ( Take as any sausages as required )
  2. 1 cheese slice
  3. 2 tspns of corn flour
  4. 1/2 cup milk
  5. 1/2 tspn butter
  6. 1 tspn oregano
  7. 1/2 tspn pepper
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil to shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Make a paste of cold milk and corn flour.
  2. Heat butter and add cornflour mix in milk on slow flame.
  3. Add salt ,pepper and oregano (optional).
  4. Take a cheese slice in a plate and envelope the chicken sausage well.
  5. Dip in cornflour mix.
  6. Heat oil to shallow fry.
  7. Fry well on all sides .
  8. Remove when golden brown and serve with spring onions and salad of choice.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy the cheesy sausage as a snack or starter for any high tea.
