Ingredients to make Fried meringua, caramel fruit and pinamint sauce

  • eggs 3
  • paneer Grated 1/2 cup
  • Icing sugar 3 tbsp for Egg White
  • egg Yolk 3
  • kesar 1 Pinch
  • cardamom 1 tsp
  • maida 3 tbsp
  • Rose water 1 tsp
  • rose Essence 3 to 4 Drop
  • Baking powder 1 pinch
  • cinnamon powder 1 pinch
  • ghee or oil for deep frying
  • Icing sugar 1 tbsp

How to make Fried meringua, caramel fruit and pinamint sauce

  1. In a utensil cook egg yolk and sugar in double boiler.
  2. Add grated paneer, kesar, cardamom and make thick batter.
  3. Now cool it down and keep aside.
  4. In another utensil beat egg white with icing sugar until it becomes fluffy.
  5. After it becomes fluffy mix rose water, rose essence and maida and make a batter.
  6. Now heat oil in a pan and in a big sized spoon add white batter and add yellow batter above it and coat with white batter.
  7. Now with the help of spoon put it in pan and fry it.
  8. Serve it with pinamint sauce and caramel fruit.

My Tip:

You can serve it with any sauce. I have served it with pinamint sauce. You can also serve it simple.
