Ingredients to make Quesadilla

  • Chopped veggies 1 cup (onions,capsicum,red and yellow bell peppers,cabbage)
  • paneer cut in cubes 100 gm
  • Boiled corn 1/4 cup
  • Green peas 1/4 cup
  • Boiled potato 1 and cut in cubes
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Grated cheese 1/4 cup
  • salt to taste
  • chilly flakes 1/4 tsp
  • Oregano 1/4 tsp
  • Green chili +ginger +garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • For dough
  • maida 1/2 cup
  • wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • salt 1 tsp
  • oil 1 1/2 tsp
  • water to knead

How to make Quesadilla

  1. In a deep pan add butter and saute onions.
  2. Add ginger-garlic-chilly paste Then add cabbage, bell pepper, capsicum and add little red chilli powder.
  3. Add potatoes,green peas, corn and paneer.
  4. Add ketchup,chilly flakes,oregano ,salt . Let it cool for some time.
  5. Finally add cheese.
  6. Make a dough using maida, wheat flour, salt, oil and water. Roll small a chapati and put stuffing on that.
  7. Cover with another chapati and seal the sides with help of fork .
  8. Shallow fry after applying butter on both the sides .

My Tip:

Add veggies of your choice. Only wheat flour can be used.
