Pomegranate and mint cooler

Ingredients to make Pomegranate and mint cooler

  • pomegranate 1 large size
  • Chopped mint leaves 1 tsp
  • water 1 cup
  • rock salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Limca 200 ml
  • Some pomegranate Pearls and mint leaves for garnish
  • Crushed ice (optional)

How to make Pomegranate and mint cooler

  1. Take a mixi jar and add pomegranate pearls and chopped mint and churn.
  2. Add a cup of water, black pepper, salt and churn again.
  3. Strain the mixture of juice.
  4. Now pour juice into the glasses and also pour limca in it.
  5. Add some crushed ice and garnish with pearls and mint leaves.
