Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For Pizza Dough -
  2. 2 cup wheat flour
  3. 1/2 cup Maida
  4. 4 tsp yogurt or yeast
  5. 2 tsp fruit salt(eno)
  6. 1 tsp Baking powder
  7. 2 tsp salt
  8. Water as needed
  9. for toppings -
  10. chopped vegetables of your choice (capsicum,tomatoes,onions)
  11. 1/2 cup blanched corn kernels
  12. diced mushrooms ,jalapenoes chilli
  13. cubes of cottage cheese (panner) 100gm
  14. 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  15. 1/4 cup chilli sauce
  16. chilli flakes, mixed herbs as required
  17. 1/2 cup hung curd
  18. 1 cup grated mozeralla
  19. 1/2 cup Tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. For Dough-
  2. Mix both the flours then add baking powder, fruit salt, salt, yogurt and kneed a dough using water and let it rest for 1 hour in a warm place. Cover it with a kitchen napkin.
  3. Make small rounds like puri and place them on a non-stick pan 2 at a time. Add some butter at base, if needed, cook it for a few minutes then remove it .
  4. Then apply all sauces on top. Put all vegetables. Grated cheese, sprinkle chilli flakes, mix herbs and keep it in a pan for 10 minutes or until all cheese melts. Then top it with hung curd (optional)
  5. Put it in a baking tray and bake for 20 min at 180 degrees C.
  6. Serve
