Ingredients to make Shahi Tukuda

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Milkmaid 1 tin
  • sugar 1cup
  • Bread or rusk 8to10 slices
  • ghee for shallow frying
  • Mixed dry fruits

How to make Shahi Tukuda

  1. Pour milk milkmaid sugar in a thick bottom vessel and let boil. Boil till it reduces to half
  2. Add cardamom powder and keep it aside
  3. Fry bread/rusk in ghee till golden brown and keep it aside
  4. Pour the rabadi on bread/rusk pieces and garnish with sliced dry fruits
