Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg raw peanuts
  2. 6 tablespoons gram flour
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Red chilli 1 tsp
  5. Garam masala 1 tbsp
  6. Carom seeds 1 tbsp
  7. Chat masala 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all the dry masalas in a bowl
  2. Take gram flour in other bowl
  3. Divide peanuts in three parts
  4. Take one part put them in a sieve wash with water
  5. Sprinkle some dry masala over it
  6. Then sprinkle 2 tablespoon flour over it
  7. Mix all the ingredients well and fry in hot oil on medium flame till golden brown
  8. Transfer them on an absorbant paper
