How to make Wheat Flour Coconut Cookies

  1. Fry the Suji for 1 min in medium flame.
  2. Add wheat flour, sugar powder, coconut powder, maida, suji , elaichi powder, ghee & water mix all the ingredients well to make a hard dough.
  3. Roll the dough and make cookies into the shape of your choice
  4. Grease a baking tray.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C
  6. Bake at 200° C for 17-20 minutes.

My Tip:

I have used whole wheat flour here. Do not make the dough too hard otherwise, it will not be crispy To get very crisp cookies, use ghee to bind the dough.
