Take all Whole Garam Masala and grind to make a powder
For Marination:
Take Chicken in a bowl
Add Yogurt/ Curd
Add 1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
Add 1/2 Teaspoon Jeera Powder
Add 1/2 Teaspoon Haldi Powder
Add 1/2 Teaspoon Dhaniya Powder
Add 1/2 of the Onion Paste
Add 1/2 of the Ginger Garlic Paste
Add 1/4 of the Home Made Garam Masala powder
Mix and keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes for marination.
Heat mustard oil in a kadai
Add Rest of the Chilli, Haldi, Jeera, Dhaniya Powder
Add Rest of the Onion Paste
Add Rest of the Ginger Garlic Paste
Add 1/2 of the Home Made Garam Masala
Mix Well on slow heat or flame till masala cooks completely and leaves oil.
Add marinated chicken and mix well. Sauté.
Cook on medium flame For 20 - 30 Minutes. Keep mixing in between.
Check chicken to see if it is done.
Reduce the Gravy if you wish to make the gravy thick.
Before taking it off the flame add rest of the Garam Masala Powder and mix slightly.
Add a mint leave or coriander leave for garnish and serve with Roti or Rice
