Ingredients to make Mangode

  • 1 cup moong daal.
  • ginger 50 gm
  • Green chilli 5-6
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves handfull
  • jeera methi powder 1 tsp

How to make Mangode

  1. Soak the daal in water for 4-5 hours.
  2. Wash the daal and grind them in a mixer along with ginger make a thick paste.
  3. Take the daal add chopped coriander leaves green chilli and salt.now mix evenly.
  4. Fry the mangodis in hot oil.
  5. Enjoy with chutney or sauce

Enjoy it garma garam for better taste
