Ingredients to make Bijore Fried (accompaniment)

  • White pumpkin 2 kg
  • Seasame 1 kg
  • Urad daal 250gm
  • red chilli 25 gm
  • hing 1 tbs
  • jeera methi 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • ginger 250 gm
  • 5-6 big cardamoms

How to make Bijore Fried (accompaniment)

  1. Urad daal should be soaked overnight . Grind it in a mixer along with chilli and ginger
  2. Now take it out add seasame and grated white pumpkin after removing the peel of pumpkin.
  3. Mix it evenly add salt .
  4. Make bijores using bangle over the plastic sheet in the sun.
  5. Let it dry for 3-4 days in sunlight. after 2 days turn bijoras on the other side.
  6. Fry them in oil . Turn it quickly on the other side. Fry for 30 seconds only so that they don't get burnt.
