ABOUT Spaghetti in Sausages RECIPE

A simple, but tasty Italian dish.

Ingredients Serving: 1

Chicken sausages 2 (big)
Spaghetti (depending on how much you can insert in a sausage piece)
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic 2 cloves
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Water to cook the spaghetti
Dry herbs 1 generous pinch
Pasta sauce 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp

Instructions

Cut one sausage into 4 pieces. Very carefully insert spaghetti in each sausage piece.
In a pan boil water with salt. Put the spaghetti with sausage in the water. Cook well. Take it out. In another pan add oil, put chopped garlic and chilli flakes and pasta sauce. Fry well.
Then add cooked spaghetti, stir a little. Remove,sprinkle,salt ,pepper & dry herbs. Stir . Serve hot.
