Kanda Bajji

Ingredients to make Kanda Bajji

  • 3 onions
  • 1 green chilli
  • 3/4 cup gram flour
  • 1 tbsp hot oil
  • chopped dhania 2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • coriander leaves 2 tsp
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • salt to taste

How to make Kanda Bajji

  1. Take a bowl add thinly sliced onions ,green chilli ,chilli powder, crushed coriander , salt , sugar, , jeera, coriander leaves. To this add gram flour and mix well without water. add hot oil and mix well. Add very little water to bring the batter to a right consistency.
  2. heat the kadai add enough oil for frying take spoonful kanda mixture and drop in the hot oil fry till brown and crispy . its pleasure sharing this recipe.enjoy during rainy season as evening snack
