Cheese & Corn Sticks

Ingredients to make Cheese & Corn Sticks

  • Boiled corns - 1/2 cup
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 1/4 th cup
  • Mozzarella cheese (grated) - 1/2 cup
  • pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • Dry basil - 1/4 th tsp
  • chilly flakes - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 th tsp
  • maida - 2 tsp
  • Refined oil
  • Outer coating -
  • maida
  • egg whites
  • Bread crumbs

How to make Cheese & Corn Sticks

  1. Mix the cheeses, corns, maida, basil, oregano, pepper powder, chilly flakes, salt together.
  2. Put this mixture in a greased square or rectangular tray.
  3. Tap it with hands Or spoon to flatten the mixture.
  4. Refrigerate it for a couple of hours or overnight so that it sets well
  5. Next day, cut the mixture into rectangular pieces
  6. Coat these pieces with maida and then dip them in egg whites. Coat them with bread crumbs.
  7. Freeze these for a couple of hours and then deep fry them in very hot oil.
