Paneer Suji Cutlet

Ingredients to make Paneer Suji Cutlet

  • Suji/rava 5 tbsp
  • paneer grated 1cup
  • onion 1 medium sized chopped
  • Milk 1cup
  • salt to taste
  • maida 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 1 1/2 cup
  • olive oil 1Tbsp
  • green chillies 2 (finely)chopped
  • Green coriander finelly chopped
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil for frying

How to make Paneer Suji Cutlet

  1. Take milk in a wok on medium flame add suji ,paneer.
  2. Add onion, green chillies, coriander,salt, red chillies and olive oil.
  3. Mix well till it becomes semi solid. put off the gas.
  4. Take the mixture in a greased plate and flatten it, Keep the thickness 1/2 inch. Let it rest for 30 minutes
  5. Cut them in the shape of your choice
  6. Make a smooth and watery batter of maida and little salt and red chilli powder.
  7. Now dip the cutlets in the maida batter then roll in bread crumbs .
  8. Now deep fry them till golden brown .
  9. Enjoy hot with a dip of your choice.

My Tip:

Taste very yumm with cheese dip. And you can coat it with egg also.
