Ingredients to make Healthy Oil Free Instant Rava Paper Dosa

  • Paper Rava dosa ingredients -
  • Rava (semolina) 500gm
  • Sweet creamy curd - 2 tbsp
  • sugar 1 tbsp
  • salt 1 tbsp or to taste
  • olive oil or any oil 1/2 tbs
  • Finely chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  • jeera ( cumin seeds) 1/2 tbs
  • water 2 cups or more

How to make Healthy Oil Free Instant Rava Paper Dosa

  1. Take rava (semolina ) in a big bowl . Add curd , salt , sugar , oil, fine chopped Coriander and jeera (cumin seeds) in rava and mix it well.
  2. Add water in the mixture and move slowly to make a thin batter. Batter should be like regular dosa batter
  3. ln winter season use warm water to prepare the batter. Kept batter for 30 mins.
  4. Place 1 big spoon of batter over preheated nonstick pan in medium flame after brushing with oil . Spread batter very smoothly and uniformly in the pan
  5. Batter should be spread very thin and uniform.
  6. Wait for 5 minutes to pan fry dosa one side on medium flame and toss it and cook the other side
  7. When it gets perfectly , it automatically separates from the pan.
  8. Serve the papery dosa with vegetables. I served it with healthy Soyapotato veg.

My Tip:

Don't use much oil , just brush a little oil. It remains crisp for a long time.
