Ingredients to make Non Veg Samosa Leaves Parcels

  • Readymade samosa leaves as needed.
  • For the filling, i used non veg here.
  • Mutton mince 250gm
  • onions 2 finely chopped.
  • green chillies chopped 3
  • coriander chopped a fistful
  • garam masala a tsp
  • ginger garlic paste a tbsp
  • cumin powder a tsp
  • Tikka masala a tbsp
  • oil 2 tbsp + additional for frying.
  • For the veg filling, you need
  • corn kernels 1/2 a cup
  • cabbage shredded a cup
  • Green peas 1/2 a cup
  • green chillies finely chopped 2
  • coriander leaves as desired
  • cumin powder a tsp
  • garlic mince a tsp
  • onion 1 finely chopped
  • Curry powder a tsp
  • salt to taste.

How to make Non Veg Samosa Leaves Parcels

  1. Make the mince filling by sauteeing all the ingredients nicely.
  2. I made all the three types of pockets or parcels.
  3. Prepare the veg filling by sauteeing everything well. Stir fry them on medium flame until just done.
  4. Prepare the pockets as shown.
  5. For the cheesy pockets, just put a small cube of cheese in the centre and close it up as shown.
  6. Deep fry on medium flame.
  7. Serve them hot with any sauce.

My Tip:

You can make these with spring roll sheets too but you have to cut them accordingly. Happy frying.
