Tender coconut sukke

Ingredients to make Tender coconut sukke

  • 2 cups tender coconut malai
  • Tomoto 1
  • onion 2
  • garlic 8 pods
  • ginger 1 inch
  • green chillies 4
  • Crushed peanuts 4 tbsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Aamchur powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Hot and sweet sauce 1 tsp
  • cashew nuts 7-8
  • Fresh cream 3 tbsp
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • coriander and mint leaves for garnishing

How to make Tender coconut sukke

  1. mix tomato, onions, green chillies , ginger, garlic and peanuts in a mixer to make a fine paste.
  2. In a non stick pan heat oil, add turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Immediately add tomato onion paste.
  3. saute till the mixture leaves oil.
  4. add all masalas mentioned above.
  5. add hot n sweet sauce.
  6. make a fine paste of cashew nuts and fresh cream n add to the above mixture.
  7. add tender coconut ribbons. Add salt as per taste. Mix well.
  8. add 1/4 th cup water andcover the pan and cook for around 4-5 mins.
  9. garnish it with coriander n mint leaves
