  • Pinch of heeng
  • 1/2 tea spoon jeera/cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tea spoon ajwain /carom seeds
  • Other ingredients
  • 4 medium sized boiled n mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 bowl crushed cornflakes
  • 1/2bowl boiled beans /lobhiya
  • 2 table spoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 tea spoon lime juice
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder
  • 1 /2 tea spoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon fennel seeds powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon chat masala powder
  • 1 table spoon milk for binding
  • 1/2 cup oil for shallow fry

How to make Cauliflower Potato Fritter Rolls With Curd Dip

  1. Heat ghee in a non stick pan crackle heeng jeera and ajwain then stir fry all the above mentioned veggies with all the ingredients keep it aside this mixture to cool
  2. In a bowl take fried veggies
