Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Leftover dosa batter
  2. All purpose flour 1 tbsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Citric acid
  5. Green chillies chopped according to taste
  6. oil to fry
  7. Onion

Instructions

  1. Take dosa batter add all-purpose flour ,salt, citric acid and divide into two portions
  2. Use one portion for plain and other for onion flavour
  3. In onion batter add green chillies and onions
  4. Now mix batter and deep fry it
  5. As it get little golden, remove from oil and serve with chutney or sauce
