Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Besan-1katori
  2. Chopped onion-1
  3. Grated carrot-1
  4. Blanched spinach-1small bunch
  5. Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Coriander powder-1tbsp
  7. Black pepper powder-1teaspoon
  8. salt as per taste
  9. Water to make pakoda batter nor too thick nor too thin but to coat veggies well
  10. Pinch of Soda
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take besan
  2. Add chopped spinach
  3. Add chopped onion
  4. Add grated carrot
  5. Add dry masalas-salt,black pepper powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,soda
  6. Add water and make a thick batter
  7. Now take a laddle or a big spoon and pour this batter in hot oil and deep fry them
