Ingredients to make Moong Daal Bhajiya

  • 1 cup black moong dal
  • 1 Cup moong dal
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder
  • Corriander powder
  • Garam masala
  • ginger and green chilli paste
  • oil to fry
  • mint leaves

How to make Moong Daal Bhajiya

  1. Soak black moong dal and moong dal overnight
  2. In morning grind and make a thick batter
  3. Add all masala salt,red chilli,coriander powder, gram masala, ginger and chilli paste and mix well
  4. Now make small round balls and deep fry
  5. Serve hot with green chutney

My Tip:

Add a little hing for greater taste
