Ingredients to make Crispy Strips

  • Roties fresh or leftover 10
  • Chaat masala half tsp (to sprinkle)
  • oil to deep fry
  • Sweet chilli sauce 2 tbs
  • Ketchup 1 tbs

How to make Crispy Strips

  1. First, cut the roties into strips with the help of kitchen scissors.
  2. Now microwave them for 5 minutes and then leave at room temperature for 10/15 min
  3. Now heat the oil and deep fry till light brown in colour.
  4. Sprinkle chaat masala over it.
  5. Mix the sweet chilli sauce and ketchup .
  6. Now serve crispy strips with sauce.
