Ingredients to make Mc Veggie Burger

  • Potatoe 6 small
  • cabbage 1/2 finely chopped
  • carrot 3
  • butter 4 tbsp
  • salt as taste
  • pepper 1 tsp
  • Maggie magic masala 1 packet
  • flour 1 tbsp
  • For coating-
  • flour 3 tbsp
  • salt little
  • water 3 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Burger buns 6
  • mayonnaise
  • Slice cheese
  • Tomatoe sauce
  • oil for deep fry

How to make Mc Veggie Burger

  1. Boil potatoes and peel and mash.
  2. Melt butter and saute cabbage and carrot cut in juliennes
  3. Add the flour salt pepper and magic masala.
  4. Then using your hands bind it and make round patti.
  5. Take the Patti dip in the flour batter and coat with breadcrumbs. Do similar with every patti. Heat oil in pan. And deep fry the patti until golden brown. Once all done take a bun.
  6. Slice in half.
  7. Apply mayonnaise with a butter knife.
  8. Then tomatoe sauce with a knife.
  9. Place a Pattie onto it.
  10. Add a slice of cheese if you wish
  11. And yummilicious burger is ready.

My Tip:

You can also shallow fry if diet conscious.
