Ingredients to make Paneer In Smoked Garlic Masala

  • paneer 250 grams
  • onions 2 finely sliced
  • tomatoes 2 chopped
  • garlic cloves 7-8 chopped
  • green chilies 2 chopped
  • green coriander
  • Dry masala - red chili powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • garam masala and coriander powder 1/2 tsp each
  • kasoori methi powder 1 tsp

How to make Paneer In Smoked Garlic Masala

  1. Add oil in pan or kadhai put chopped garlic saute until light pink. Add sliced onions saute until light brown
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilli, drizzle with few drops of water and covered with lid just for 3-4 mints and add all dry spices one by one and saute until oil leaves sides.
  3. Add Paneer pieces. Garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies
  4. Serve
