Ingredients to make Rosemary Lemon Basa Fish Fry

  • Basa fish 250 grm
  • Rosemary fresh or dry 1tsp
  • lemon juice 1 tsp
  • oil 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • garlic paste or crushed 1tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • cumin seeds powder 1/2 tsp
  • red chilly powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
  • oil oil to shallow fry

How to make Rosemary Lemon Basa Fish Fry

  1. Take washed basa fish cut into medium-sized pieces. remove access water from fish with a muslin cloth
  2. Take another small bowl add lemon juice, oil & rosemary crush nicely mix well & then place on every single fish piece, keep aside for 2 minutes
  3. Now add garlic paste, garam masala, cumin seeds powder, red chilli powder, crushed black pepper , chilly flakes, salt mix well & again keep aside for 10 min
  4. Take pan or grill pan add few drops of oil and shallow fry. sprinkle some white seasame seeds. Do not over cook
  5. Serve with chutney
