Eggless Vanila Cake

Ingredients to make Eggless Vanila Cake

  • maida 1 cup
  • Castor sugar 1/2 cup
  • butter 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tbsp
  • Soda 1/2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 10- 12 drops
  • Amul milk powder 1/4 cup
  • Chopped almond and cashews

How to make Eggless Vanila Cake

  1. Take 1 mixing bowl put butter and castor sugar and mix well to bring to a creamy texture Take another bowl and sieve maida, baking powder and soda all together and put aside.
  2. Now in butter and sugar mixture add milk powder, vanilla essence and milk and mix well in one direction.
  3. After mixing wet ingredients add dry ingredients and mix well in one direction Add some chopped nuts Preheat microwave in 180 degree Celsius. Take convection proof baking dish, grease dish with some butter and dust it with dry maida after dusting pour cake batter and tap the dish 2 to 3 time. Lastly put dish on lower rack and bake it for 25 minutes after 25 min. Check it with a knife, if knife come out clean, the cake is ready.
  4. Slice when cold

My Tip:

Always mix ingredients in the same direction to avoid lumps
