Oats Rawa Uttapam

Ingredients to make Oats Rawa Uttapam

  • 1/2 cup Rawa
  • 1/2 cup oats ( i used saffola masala oats)
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tomato CHOPPED
  • 2-3 green chillies chopped
  • few chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 cup curd
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  • water if needed
  • oil for making uttapams

How to make Oats Rawa Uttapam

  1. First soak oats and rawa in the curd for 10 minutes.
  2. Now add chopped tomatoes, onions, coriander leaves, chillies, black pepper powder mustard seeds and salt to it . Mix well add a little water if needed.
  3. Batter is ready to make uttapams.
  4. Heat a non stick tawa. Spread a ladleful of batter. Cook from both sides using a little oil
  5. Serve
