Ingredients to make Fried Ice Cream with Chocolate Syrup

  • Vanilla Icecream (I like vanilla ice cream you can choose your flavour)
  • oil to fry
  • maida 1 1/4 cup
  • water 1 1/2cup
  • Coarsely crushed corn flakes to roll

How to make Fried Ice Cream with Chocolate Syrup

  1. Make a thick paste with maida and water.
  2. Chill the ice-cream scoops in the freezer.Dip the ice-cream scoops in the batter and roll into the corn flakes evenly.
  3. Chill again in the freezer for approximately 15 minutes.Deep fry in hot oil for a few seconds.Serve immediately with a sauce of your choice.

My Tip:

Use solid ice-cream to avoid it from melting while frying.Once the oil is hot, only then remove it from the freezer and fry.Do not fry more than 1 ice-cream ball at a time.
