Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 pack anil ragi shavige
  2. 1tbsp Oil
  3. 1tsp mustard seeds
  4. 4 to 5 curry leaves
  5. 4 to 5 green chillies slit
  6. 1tsp Urad dal
  7. 1 lemon Juice
  8. Coriander for garnishing
  9. 1tbsp grated coconut
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a heavy bottom vessel add water bring it to a boil
  2. Then add the ragi shavige after 1 boil drain the water out completely
  3. Then in a kadai add oil fry mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, urad dal, then when crackle add chopped onions
  4. Mix well then add salt, lime juice, chopped coriander, coconut and mix well
  5. Then add the shavige and mix well

Nice recipe dear! But the image can be better no? some shadow is there on the dish
