ABOUT Cheesylicious Cooked Rice Balls.. RECIPE

Leftover rice used in one more interesting way. Stuffed with cheese for that cheesyliciously delicious and healthy balls that are so filling and nutritive both at the same time.

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Leftover rice 2 cups.
  2. Cheese either mozzarella or cheddar or feta.. about a cup cut into cubes.
  3. Onion chopped 1
  4. Green chillies chopped or chilli flakes a tbsp
  5. Coriander or parsley chopped a fistful
  6. Tikka masala a tbsp
  7. Chilli garlic sauce a tbsp
  8. garam masala a tsp
  9. gram flour 2 tbsp
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients well and make a smooth mix.
  2. Flatten a small portion of the mix on your palms and fill up with a cube of your favourite cheese and close to form a ball.
  3. Deep fry them few at a time on medium flame just until cooked.
  4. No need to fry them much. Temperature should be maintained from medium to high flame.
  5. Enjoy with your favourite sauce.
