Ingredients to make Whole Meal Chicken Pattie ( especially for kids)

  • Marinated chicken Breast 1
  • Daliya Roasted 3/4 cup
  • rice cooked 1/2 cup
  • sooji 1/2 cup
  • besan 2 tbsp
  • spinach chopped 1 cup
  • carrot grated 1 ( big).
  • cauliflower grated 3/4 cup
  • paneer grated 2 tbsp ( fresh)
  • garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • ginger grated 1 tsp
  • paneer grated 1/2 cup
  • corn boiled and coarse grind 1/2 cup
  • sesame seeds roasted 2 tsp
  • turmeric, Chilli powder to taste
  • Garam masaala 1 tsp
  • dhania powder 1 tsp
  • Kasoori methi 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • oil for shallow frying

How to make Whole Meal Chicken Pattie ( especially for kids)

  1. Pressure Cook Daliya with minimum required quantity of water . Let it cool. Pressure cook marinated Chicken breast.
  2. Saute grated Cauliflower, carrot in oil a little. Mix Daliya ,Cauliflower, Carrot mixture . Add chopped Spinach leaves, Corn , Grated Coconut , Coriander leaves. Add flours and Cooked rice.
  3. Add Grated Paneer. Grate Cooked Chicken Breast and add.
  4. Add Ginger and Garlic, Salt and all masala. Add Kasoori methi and 1 tbsp oil and mix well. Add water if required.
  5. Form Pattie by greasing your palm with oil. Heat oil in a Nonstick Pan and Shallow fry on a medium flame.
  6. You can serve this with Wheat Buns like Vada Paav or like Sandwich.
  7. Serve with Tomato ketchup and a cup of Tea or Coffee.

You can make a variety of veggies in the recipe and make it more nutritious
