Kids are very fussy about food now a days. So here is a shallow fried snack which has Daliya, Suji, Gram flour, Spinach, Carrot, Cauliflower, Cooked Rice And Chicken Too. This is a nutritious snack loaded with veggies

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Marinated Chicken Breast 1
  2. Daliya Roasted 3/4 cup
  3. Rice cooked 1/2 cup
  4. Sooji 1/2 cup
  5. Besan 2 tbsp
  6. Spinach chopped 1 cup
  7. Carrot grated 1 ( big).
  8. Cauliflower grated 3/4 cup
  9. Paneer grated 2 tbsp ( fresh)
  10. Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  11. Ginger grated 1 tsp
  12. Paneer grated 1/2 cup
  13. Corn boiled and coarse grind 1/2 cup
  14. Sesame seeds roasted 2 tsp
  15. Turmeric, Chilli powder to taste
  16. Garam masaala 1 tsp
  17. Dhania powder 1 tsp
  18. Kasoori Methi 1 tsp
  19. Salt to taste
  20. oil 2 tbsp
  21. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Pressure Cook Daliya with minimum required quantity of water . Let it cool. Pressure cook marinated Chicken breast.
  2. Saute grated Cauliflower, carrot in oil a little. Mix Daliya ,Cauliflower, Carrot mixture . Add chopped Spinach leaves, Corn , Grated Coconut , Coriander leaves. Add flours and Cooked rice.
  3. Add Grated Paneer. Grate Cooked Chicken Breast and add.
  4. Add Ginger and Garlic, Salt and all masala. Add Kasoori methi and 1 tbsp oil and mix well. Add water if required.
  5. Form Pattie by greasing your palm with oil. Heat oil in a Nonstick Pan and Shallow fry on a medium flame.
  6. You can serve this with Wheat Buns like Vada Paav or like Sandwich.
  7. Serve with Tomato ketchup and a cup of Tea or Coffee.
