Carrot Ladoo.

Ingredients to make Carrot Ladoo.

  • carrot 250 g
  • sugar 100g
  • ghee 2 Tbsp
  • Condensed milk or mawa 3tbsp
  • Nuts
  • Essence or cardamom powder.

How to make Carrot Ladoo.

  1. Grate carrots. Take a pan with ghee,add grated carrots,fry for a few seconds.
  2. Add sugar condensed milk or mawa and a pinch of salt. Stir well for about 10 min. Remove from heat. Add cardamom powder or essence.
  3. Add crushed nuts. Let it cool. Then make ladoos.

My Tip:

No need of any colour. Try to get dark orange colour carrots. You may add nuts and kishmish to the ladoos
