Ingredients to make Cauliflower Manchurian On Toast

  • cauliflower florets 2 cups
  • flour 1/2
  • Cornflour 1/4 cup
  • Salt and pepper
  • onion fine chopped 1/2 cup
  • ginger and garlic chopped 1 tbs each
  • capsicum fine chopped 1/2 cup
  • Spring onion chopped 2 tbs
  • vinegar 2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tsp
  • Green chilli sauce 2 tsp
  • Ketchup 2 tsp
  • Ajinomoto 1/2 spoon
  • Salt and pepper
  • oil for frying

How to make Cauliflower Manchurian On Toast

  1. Cut cauliflower florets. And chop all vegetables Take flour cornflour salt and pepper in a bowl.add water and make thick batter .Put all florets in it,and fry them.
  2. Then take oil in a pan and saute onion then add ginger and garlic after saute them add capsicum cook for five minutes and add all sauces and vinegar. add half cup water and mix salt and pepper.
  3. Now we fry cauliflower again it became crispy. add them in sauce give a boil and when all mix together off the flame. We will keep sauce thicker because we serve it on bread.
  4. Cut buns and butter them. Put them in oven till crisp now serve Manchurian on bread garnish with spring onion.
