Piyaz Ki Kachori (fried)

Ingredients to make Piyaz Ki Kachori (fried)

  • 4 onions
  • 1 big spoon gram flour
  • 1/2 spoon Sauf
  • 1/2 spoon zeera
  • 2 pinches heeng
  • Salt ,red chilly ,coriander,tamarind according to taste
  • 1/2 spoon kalonji
  • 1/2 spoon dry mango powder
  • 2 spoons green chillies chopped
  • oil for frying
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 spoons oil (to add to the flour)
  • salt and water

How to make Piyaz Ki Kachori (fried)

  1. Bind the flour with two spoon of oil ,salt and water keep aside
  2. Then take a pan put little oil add, zeera, hing,sauf, kalonji ,green chillies and then add finely cut onions and cook till onions turn pink
  3. In the same pan put gram flour cook for a few seconds the add onions and all masala. Once it cools, the make a small chapati fill the masala and give shape of kachori. Deep fry it on slow flame till kachoris become golden and crisp.

My Tip:

Add masala according to your taste and fry it with low flame so that it becomes crisp
